How We Work Together

Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment


Reach out via phone, email, or our online contact form. We’ll find a convenient time that fits your schedule.

We will meet in my clinic in Maghera Co. Derry or we can arrange your sessions online via the Zoom app.

Step 2: Enjoy Your Initial Consultation


During our first meeting, we’ll clarify your needs, set clear goals, and outline a personalised plan to move forward. The Initial Consultation and each follow-up session lasts for up to 1 hour.

Step 3: Engage in Your Progress Sessions


Take control of your well-being with simple, effective steps toward a happier, healthier you.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes and held once a week, they will be based on your individual needs.
